Classes and workshops are designed to benefit people who:

  • want to learn and/or consolidate skills for improving quality of life:
    • reduce stress and tension
    • sleep better
    • increase vitality
    • sustain mind/body wellbeing 
  • are currently in individual therapy and want to learn additional skills in order to speed up their healing process
  • contemplate starting individual psychotherapy
  • are not interested in psychotherapy but want to learn integrative mind/body skills for full aliveness and wellbeing

-Control stress and anxiety that occur throughout the day
