After over 20 years of searching for a solution to my chronic stress and insomnia, many years in personal psychotherapy, and many more years of studying different approaches - from psychology and neuroscience, genetics and epigenetics, intelligent and mindful movement, to contemplative prayer and meditation - I finally figured out a simple way to fall asleep fast, stay asleep through the night, and deal with the day-to-day stress as it comes. I haven’t found a solution for my dark circles, hmm, but I sleep well, and life is good.
